Like every room in the house, each of the bedrooms is different in shape and outlook. But they are all comfortable and appropriately furnished. There are three double bedded rooms, one twin bedroom and a single. There are two separate WCs and three bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite within a square turret.

From the Dining room, stairs lead upwards. On the half landing is a WC and basin. The next landing is large with an enormous mirror against one wall. There’s a door to the first bedroom on the left. This room has windows on three sides and overlooks the lake, the fields and the mountains. It’s a large room with an antique double bed (though the mattress is new!), ornate mirror, wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

Back to the landing, another door leads to a bathroom on the left with large bath and a king-size shower and a washbasin. To the right, another door leads to the 2nd bedroom which overlooks the terrace. There is an iron/brass bed, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe, and a marble fireplace.

On the next half landing, there’s another WC and basin to the left and straight ahead is a door to the 3rd bedroom. This has leaded windows on two sides, an antique double bed and a wet room (WC, shower and basin) within the square turret of the chateau.

Further stairs lead to the 4th and 5th bedrooms. One is a single room with a chest of drawers and the other a twin bedded room with drawers and a wardrobe and a dressing table. A high window in each shows the Pic du Gar mountain beyond. On this floor there is the 3rd bathroom which has a bath and a thermostatic shower attachment plus screen, as well as a wash basin.

Each of the bedrooms has wooden shutters to keep out the heat from the sun or keep in the warmth during winter. In total, there are beds for nine people: three double bedded rooms, one twin bedded room and a bedroom with a single bed.
